WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION · SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

The Wedding Services

designed for your forever

I am Kelsey, and I coordinate weddings across the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire for brides who already know what they want. My role is to lead the vendor team and hold the family room with calm authority, so the day moves on time and you can be present with your people.

Save the date.

From yes to I do - Every step is guided with intention and care.

Every wedding has its own shape, so while these are the services I offer, each quote is built around the couple in front of me. If you would like to know more about what Ever After by Keke can hold for you and your wedding day, book a short call and we will walk through it together.

A Note Before the Services

Ever After does not work from a package menu. Standardized pricing tends to charge couples for what they will never use. You will get a quote built for your day, and you will never pay for scope that does not belong to your wedding.

THE SERVICES

three ways in, one planner

Find Where You Are Right Now

01 · THE LEAD

Month of Coordination

You planned it. I run it.

You are around sixty days out and the wedding is already built. At the thirty day mark I take the vendor team off your plate completely, write the master timeline every vendor works from, and run the day itself for up to ten hours on site.

MOST BOOKED

02 · THE GAP CLOSER

Partial Planning

the rest of your team, built for you.

Three to six months out with the venue locked and the florist, the DJ, or the caterer still open. I bring you a short vetted list, read every contract before it reaches you, and fold the final month in under one signature.

03 · THE WHOLE STORY

Full Planning and Design

beginning to end.

Eight to twelve months out with a date and an idea. Every vendor sourced, every contract negotiated, the whole design led under my hand, and twelve hours on site with an assistant on the day.

01 · The Lead

Month of Coordination

you planned it. i run it.

You are about sixty days out and the wedding is already built. The venue is booked, the vendors are chosen, and every contract is sitting in a folder on your laptop. What is left is the part nobody warns you about, which is the stretch where every vendor needs a final answer at the same time and you are the only one holding all of it. At the thirty day mark I take that off you completely. Every contract is reviewed in writing, every vendor is confirmed by me on your behalf, and the master timeline that your photographer, your DJ, your florist, and your venue coordinator all work from is written under my hand. On the wedding day I am onsite for up to ten hours leading setup and running the room, so the morning belongs to you and your people.

-You spend the wedding morning getting ready, not texting the caterer about parking

-No vendor is left for you to chase in the final month

-Everyone on your team works from one timeline, so nothing starts late

-Your mom gets to be your mom that day instead of the person holding the clipboard

02 · The Gap Closer

Partial Planning

the rest of your team, built for you.

You are three to six months out, the venue is locked, and you have a clear picture of where you want to land. What is still open is the florist, the DJ, the photographer, or the caterer, and the search has quietly turned into a second job you did not sign up for. I come in and bring you a short list of vendors who fit your aesthetic and your number, vet each one, and read the contract before it reaches you. Your budget is tracked from the day we begin, your design direction gets a steady hand on it, and everything inside Month of Coordination is folded in so the thirty day takeover happens under one signature. You work with one planner from the moment we begin through the last toast of the night.

-Your evenings stop disappearing into vendor research

-You choose from a short vetted list instead of the whole internet

-The budget is tracked, so money stops being the thing you lie awake about

-The day holds together as one look instead of a pile of separate good ideas

03 · The Whole Story

Full Planning and Design

designed for your forever, beginning to end.

This one begins eight to twelve months out, when you have a date and an idea and no appetite for spending the entire engagement on logistics. We open with a vision and design session where we lock the aesthetic, the must haves, the budget guardrails, and the priorities everything else gets measured against. From there every vendor is sourced and vetted for you, every contract is negotiated before it crosses your desk, and the design across florals, signage, styling, and the small touches that carry your story is mine to lead. On the day itself I am onsite twelve hours with an assistant so the pace never lags from the first look to the send-off. You get to be engaged for the whole engagement, and then you get to be a guest at your own wedding.

-You enjoy the engagement instead of managing it

-Every vendor conversation runs through me and not through your inbox

-The design reads as one cohesive day rather than a collection of pieces

-Your family sits down and enjoys the wedding right alongside you

Questions Brides Ask Me First

What Does a Wedding Coordinator Actually Do?

A wedding coordinator leads your vendor team and runs your wedding day so you do not have to. That means confirming every vendor in writing, writing the master timeline everyone works from, directing setup on site, and solving whatever shifts in real time.

How Far in Advance Should I Book a Planner?

For Month of Coordination, most brides book six to nine months out even though the work starts thirty days before. Partial Planning fits three to six months out. Full Planning and Design begins eight to twelve months out, usually right after the venue is signed.

What Areas Do You Serve?

I coordinate weddings across the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire, and I travel throughout Southern California. Anything beyond a thirty mile radius of Covina carries a travel fee between one hundred and two hundred fifty dollars depending on distance.

Why Is There No Pricing on Your Website?

Standardized package pricing charges couples for scope they will never use. Your quote comes after our consultation, once I understand your guest count, your venue, and the support you actually need, so you never pay for what does not belong to your wedding.

Do You Work With My Venue's Coordinator?

Yes, and the two roles are different. Your venue coordinator manages the building and its staff. I manage you, your vendors, your timeline, and your family, which is the part nobody else on site is responsible for.

What Happens if Something Goes Wrong on the Day?

Something usually shifts, and that is the job. I carry an emergency kit, I hold every vendor contact, and I adjust the timeline quietly while it is happening. In most cases the couple finds out about it weeks later, if at all.

FOREVER, BEAUTIFULLY HANDLED
